Zin om het Paasweekend te dansen ? Dat kan met Elsa David. Zij is op 4 & 5 april a.s. weer in NL. We dansen met het thema Identiteit. Hieronder de beschrijving van dit thema door Elsa en alle praktische informatie op een rij.

Join us at the third weekend of this Deepening Project, with the theme of Identity, on April 4-5, 2026 !

In the next invitation, we will launch our identity -the central theme of Biodanza- which we will develop during a weekend retreat through meaningful, deep, and transformative vivencias.

It is an invitation to map our existence, from the unconscious to the conscious, from chaos to order, from our inheritance as part of an ancestral collective that lives within us to our archetypes as women or men in this life.

We will cultivate the wisdom of our inner compass in the direction of our own eudaimonia - the profound happiness that comes from fulfilling our life’s purpose.

And we will work to align and integrate our three centers, because there is nothing more exhausting than living in dissociation, held hostage by decisions that were not made from the fullness of who we are - from everything our body feels, expresses, and desires; from our true nature and essence; from our values, dreams, aspirations, intrinsic truth, and authenticity.

Landgoed Zonnestraal in Hilversum, locatie de Campus: een hele grote, mooie, lichte zaal met een houten vloer - middenin de natuur, omringd door bos en heide.

• Zaterdag van 9:30 tot 19:00 uur
• Zondag van 9:30 tot 18:00 uur

VOOR WIE
• Deze verdiepings-weekenden zijn geschikt voor iedereen met ruime Biodanza ervaring, die bereid is om dieper in zichzelf te duiken en/of die een ‘versneller’ kan gebruiken in zijn of haar persoonlijke ontwikkeling.

We gaan ervan uit dat iedereen die komt, zich committeert aan het weekend: dit betekent 100% aanwezigheid (het is dus niet mogelijk om het weekend gedeeltelijk bij te wonen).
