Hallo allemaal ? Being part of a deepening project means diving deeper into the Biodanza process. Like an accelerator of a process that is already a transformation one. We will be together for an entire weekend, and the vivencias are much longer. In total, we dance for about 9 hours and also have a theoretical part to properly frame each theme.
The 4 themes chosen are the ones I consider essential in our process. The first is about all manifestations of love in our lives—the infinite possibilities of loving and being loved, and all the revelations that come from different forms of love.
The second theme relates to the importance of relationships in shaping our affectivity, in how we express affection. Which relationships have most impacted us and contributed to our growth? Who are we today as affective beings, and who do we want to becomeThe third theme, identity, is a central topic in Biodanza. Here, we will map our existence, understand the paths we have taken, and determine where we want to go. There will be dances connected to the collective unconscious to nourish the roots of who we are, and we will embark on a journey toward an identity that expresses itself through the heart, authenticity, and the full expression of ourselves.
The final theme, self-esteem, touches on the core aspect of our lives – self Love. I believe we are here to love ourselves deeply. We will explore our existential strength, resilience, and much more—through both conversation and dance.
I look forward to sharing this journey with you. I believe it will be a fantastic experience! Ideally, all four modules should be taken in sequence, but if spots are available, they can also be attended individually—there is no obligation to commit to the full project right away.
